She brings 20 years of corporate senior finance leadership experience, and understands how to create, implement and cultivate inclusive work cultures and teams.  She has been mentoring, advising and coaching since high-school and continues to do so for York students and other professionals at various stages of their careers. She feels privileged and takes her roles and position of influence seriously, knowing how powerful mentorship can be.
