Terrie-Lynne has held successively senior legal and compliance roles at global organizations. She has over 20 years’ experience leading legal and compliance functions. Terrie-Lynne is currently the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary with Altus Group Limited and is responsible the global legal function for the organization. Prior to this role, Terrie-Lynne served in several senior roles at Aon plc, including Chief Counsel – Canada, Chief Operating Officer – Canada and North American Chief Compliance Officer. 

After completing a B.A. from Collège Glendon, York University in 1992, Terrie-Lynne obtained an LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1995. She is licensed to practice law in Canada (Ontario) and the United States (Illinois). 

Terrie-Lynne is a Director and incoming 2021-2022 Board of Directors Co-Chair with the National  Theatre School of Canada, and a Director with the Sandbox Project and the Women’s Brain Health  Initiative. She is a member of the Black Women Lawyers’ Association of Greater Chicago, the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers. She volunteers with Pro Bono Ontario. 

Terrie-Lynne was one of the recipients of the Canada Law Awards Female Trailblazer Excellence Award  in 2021 and was chosen as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40™ in 2007.
