Minding our Health with Maxine Choy

She works one-on-one with her clients with a focus on guiding them through the pillars of health and nutrition education so as to help them to understand the benefits of living a wholesome life. Through her coaching technique, her goal is to create a mindset shift around her client’s beliefs about themselves and their abilities, as well as to assist them in the process of gaining clarity about their overall health goals.
Maxine also facilitates corporate wellness workshops for growing businesses who value the health and well-being of their employees. Her workshops are focused on health, nutrition, mindset, life matters and stress management. Her passion for helping the workplace to improve their employees’ mental wellness so as to increase engagement and build team camaraderie stems from her past tenure (22 years) in the corporate world where she experienced burnout and high levels of stress, until she had to make a big decision to choose her health first. Now she inspires everyone to take control of their own health by educating and empowering them with the tools they need to enjoy an abundant life.
She is also a Yoga and Pilates instructor and offers both online and in-person classes.
When Maxine is not coaching or doing yoga, she is enjoys photography and traveling to sunny destinations.
