Annah Hughes-Moreau, Vice President of Enterprise Process Engineering at TD Bank Group (TD), leads the Process Engineering Practice; a team of Lean and Six Sigma experts who deliver process simplification and transformation programs across TD’s North American footprint. 

Annah is a seasoned Business Transformation executive with 20 years of experience spanning multiple industries in North America including: Manufacturing; Research & Development; Pharmaceuticals; Financial Services; and Insurance. Since joining TD in 2011, Annah has been appointed to increasingly senior mandates that drive digital transformation, improve new product introductions through customer-centric process design, enable technology and capability adoption with simplified processes, and enhance business process management to evolve the company’s business model and enable operational excellence.

Annah is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with an MBA from HEC Montreal. She also holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry with a minor in Chemical Engineering. She attributes her passion and successes in transformation to the combination of her deep background in analytics, her collaborative approach to problem solving and her investment in relationship building.

She is a recognized advocate for Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and leverages her accomplishments as a leader to improve the Black Colleague Experience and to mentor Women in Leadership at TD.  Annah is often called upon to represent TD in public speaking engagements to share her insights on Process Engineering and the intersection between D&I and Talent Acquisition and Development.  She has also had the privilege to represent TD in events as a Community Champion promoting Black Excellence.
