About Jennifer MacBruce
Jen works in financial services with over 15 years in asset management, investment analysis, product development and wealth management. She currently serves as Head of Investment Analysis Canada at a leading Global Asset Management firm where she drives research, evaluating an overall investment strategy and management sustainability.
Her expertise includes aligning innovation & new product investment decisions with corporate strategic growth goals and implementing innovation solutions that is cost efficient and maximises profit.
Jen has a Bachelors and a Masters from the University of Toronto.
About Beverly Lewis-Hunte
Beverly is a big fan of “career stories” and believes they are made to be shared. Her duties also include training industry volunteers across the country – called Ambassadors – who offer their time to participate at a wide number of events.
You will see Beverly and the Career Connections team participating at various events on campuses across Canada, presenting at high schools and engaging with career changers at a number of career fairs, moderating panel discussions and networking events.
Beverly holds her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation, is an active ambassador herself and is passionate about mentoring, education and insurance and is excited when the opportunity to bring them all together arises.
About Anita Morgan
Anita Morgan is an experienced leader with over 15 years of working with affluent individuals in the insurance industry. As a Broker, Anita has successfully balanced the expectations of clients and insurers. By providing her expertise and insights, she helped insurers implement new products. She also was diligent in customizing insurance programs that met the needs of high-net-worth individuals. Anita has a proven track record in customer retention, business profitability and fostering trust with business partners and clients.
As a leader, Anita has mentored and provided guidance to individuals and teams. She builds a culture that promotes teamwork, celebrates differences, and encourages open dialogue to solve problems.
She is passionate about continuous learning and has taught for 5 years at the Insurance Institute of Canada to students who were attaining the Chartered Insurance Professional designation. Anita is also involved on committees that promote diversity and inclusion.
She has completed the Fellowship Chartered Insurance Professional designation and also has obtained the Canadian Risk Management designation from the Global Risk Management Institute Inc.
