Jenny Okonkwo is an award winning CPA, DEI Practitioner and Creator of the SherOpportunity Personal Branding program. She is also the Founder and Past President (June 2020 – December 2022) of Black Female Accountants Network (BFAN).

BFAN is an award-winning workplace EDI initiative, a national and international volunteer-led network of 1500 members across Canada and beyond focused on economic empowerment, professional development and legacy building.

During her presidency,  Jenny’s top priority focused on helping BFAN members become better versions of themselves, ensuring volunteer opportunities are provided to gain and develop sought after skills that elevate individual profiles, enhance visibility and contribute to professional advancement in the workplace.

Jenny regularly speaks on topics related to workplace diversity, equity and inclusion, personal branding, allyship and inclusive leadership.
