Idalin McKenzie is the Principal and Managing Director at KLAM Consulting, where she provides CFO support and delivers transformation strategies and initiatives that scale, simplify, and sustain finance and business operations. Her experience spans organizations in the public and private sectors, including professional services, financial services, energy, utilities, retail, real estate, education, and crown corporations.

Idalin holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a master’s degree in computer-based Management Information Systems, among other certifications, including certifications in Corporate Board Governance, Audit, Risk Management and ITIL.

In 2023, Idalin was named WXN Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award Winner, and in 2022, World’s Top 100 Best and Brightest Executive MBA by Poet & Quants.

Idalin loves giving back to the community through her varied involvement with CPA Ontario, Rotman School of Management, Black Female Accountants Network, and non-profit organizations, including as board director with the Food Banks Mississauga and Bridgeway Family Centre.
